Trim Levels (Exterior)
There are five trim options for the 2020 Camaro. These include the LS, LT, LT1, SS, and ZL1. In the LT trim, you will find three options, the 1LT, 2LT, and 3LT, which build on luxury that is offered in this line. In addition to choosing a trim, you can also decide if you want the convertible or the coupe. The convertible is available on all trims starting with the LT.
Engine (Power)
The Camaro comes with four different engine choices. The first option is a 2.0-liter Turbo engine, which has 275 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. This engine is standard on the LS and LT trims. The next engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 engine, which has 335 horsepower and 284 pound-feet of torque. This engine is an available option on the LT trim.
The third engine is a 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 engine, which is standard on the LT1 and SS trims. It gets 445 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The final engine is a 6.2-liter LT4 V-8 engine. For ultimate power, this engine gets 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. This engine is standard on the ZL1 trim. All engines come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, but there is an available 10-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission you can choose as well on most trims.
Performance
The Camaro is built for speed. Trims that have the 2.0-liter engine can get from 0-60 miles per hour in 5.4-5.5 seconds. The 3.6-liter V-6 engine takes you from 0-60 in 5.2-5.4 seconds. The 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 engine bumps the speed up a notch, as you can get from 0-60 miles per hour in 4.0-4.3 seconds. Finally, for ultimate speed, the 6.2-liter LT4 V-8 engine can get from 0-60 miles per hour in just 3.5.-3.7 seconds.
Interior
All trims that are available with the Camaro come with a refined cockpit. There are additional features that you can add to increase the comfort inside, which include heated and ventilated front seats and a heated steering wheel. There are a variety of driver-centric technologies that enhance your driving experience while on the road. These include a head-up display, driver mode selector, launch control, custom launch control, and performance data recorder. There is also a Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system, which includes access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is also connected navigation and a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
Safety Features
Safety features that are available with the 2020 Camaro include a variety of available driver assistance features. These features are great for supporting the driver on the road and keeping them safe. Available features include lane change alert with side blind zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision alert, and rear park assist. Standard on all trims is a rear vision camera.
