2022 Chevrolet Colorado

You can get the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado in four trims: WT (Work Truck), LT, Z71, and ZR2. You also get to choose from either an extended or a crew cab, and the crew cab is also available in two bed lengths to get you exactly what you need in a truck. The WT rolls down the road on 17-inch Ultra Silver painted wheels and comes with halogen headlights, cab-mounted cargo lights, and a chrome rear bumper with CornerStep. On the LT, you get body-color mirrors, rear bumper, and door handles along with 17-inch Blade Silver wheels.

Moving up to the Z71 gets you a manual rear sliding window, heated power mirrors, and an EX-Lift and Lower tailgate on 17-inch bright-machined wheels. The off-road-ready ZR2 features 17-inch Graphite and Oxide Gold wheels, black rear bumper, spray-on bed liner, as well as off-road fender flares, rear bumper, and front fascia.

The 2022 Colorado has two engine options, based on the cab you choose. The extended cab has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. This combination garners 200 horsepower and 191 pound-feet of torque. The crew cabs come with a 3.6-liter V-6 paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that gets 308 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque. Either one will keep you at the front of the pack.

While rear-wheel drive is standard, you can opt for the available all-wheel drive to give you more control over rough road and weather conditions. The Trail Boss package is available on the LT and Z71, including a 1-inch suspension leveling kit, red recovery hooks, and performance skid plates. You can expect to haul up to 3,500 pounds with the 2.5-liter engine and an impressive 7,000 pounds with the 3.6-liter engine.

Slide behind the wheel of the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado for a comfortable ride. The WT offers cloth upholstery, two USB ports, a power-adjustable driver's seat, a six-speaker audio system, and a 7-inch touch screen complete with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. You can also add a Wi-Fi hot spot and remote keyless entry to the WT.

On the LT, you get a leather-wrapped steering wheel, two additional USB ports, a power recline on the driver's seat, and an upgraded 8-inch touch screen.
