The 2024 Chevy Blazer EV is the first-ever electric Blazer in Chevrolet’s lineup. The electric Blazer offers athletic looks, best-in-class driving range, and a refined interior with thoughtful features. Take a look at the all-new Chevy Blazer EV.
Power and Charging
The Blazer EV is built on the Ultium battery platform, which offers flexible charging speeds and impressive performance. It is equipped with an 85 kWh battery that offers an EPA-estimated driving range of 279 miles with the standard all-wheel drive. Power output is 288 horsepower and 333 lb-ft of torque.
The RS model with rear-wheel drive has a 102 kWh battery that delivers 324 miles of driving range. It makes a whopping 340 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. You have options when it comes to charging your EV. Opt for the basic Level 1 charging or fast charging with the available Level 2 chargers. When on the move, use the myChevrolet app to locate public chargers on your route.
Interior Features
Inside, there’s a ton of room up front and in the back for five people to sit comfortably. You have soft-touch materials and Evotex-trimmed seats. Stepping up to the RS trim will get you a two-tone interior, heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and power-adjustable front seats. A heated steering wheel and a power sunroof are optional as well.
The Blazer has decent cargo room, and even more when you put the rear seats down. You get 25.50 cubic feet behind the rear seats and up to 59.10 cubic feet after folding down the rear seats.
Audio and Connectivity
At the center of the dashboard, we have an intuitive 17.7-inch touchscreen display with Google built-in and Bluetooth capability. Next to it is an 11-inch digital instrument cluster with crisp graphics, and there’s an optional head-up display. Charging-only USB ports are provided to keep all devices charged on the go.
Towing Capacity
The Blazer EV isn’t just great for driving around town. It’s sturdy enough to handle moderate towing jobs as well. The 2LT and RS with eAWD have a maximum towing capacity of 1,500 pounds. The most capable Blazer is the rear-wheel-drive RS, which can tow up to 3,500 pounds.
Safety Technology
Every Blazer comes with Chevy Safety Assist, which is a suite of driver assistance technologies. It has collision prevention technologies like automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, and front pedestrian braking. You also get lane keep assist, a following distance indicator, and automatic high beams.
