Power and Performance

The 2019 Colorado ZR2 is available with either a crew cab with a short box or an extended cab with a long box. The four-wheel-drive ZR2 is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 engine as standard. A 2.8-liter Duramax turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine is also available. The engines are paired with either a six-speed or eight-speed automatic transmission. Additional standard equipment includes an Autotrac two-speed transfer case, driver-selectable full-locking front, and rear differentials, and electronic traction control.

The ZR2 rides on 17-inch aluminum wheels, while 17-inch gloss-black aluminum wheels are also available. The exterior is sleek and mean with a black rear bumper, black tailgate handle, body-color door handles, and body-color heated power outside mirrors.

Off-Roading Made Easy

While driving over boulders, protect your truck with the available front skid plate, fuel tank skid plate, rear differential skid plate, and transfer case skid plate. A transfer case shield and off-road rocker protection are also standard fare. The available off-road lights shine brightly as you navigate over any terrain, and the off-road sports bar is also available.

Tow Your Toys

The ZR2 can town up 5,000 pounds. The trailering package, trailering assist guidelines, tow/haul mode, and integrated trailer brake controller makes it easy to bring your trailer full of toys or boat along for a vacation. The EZ-Lift and lower tailgate make it easy to load and unload all of your gear and the available cargo tie-downs ensure it all stays secure while you cruise down the road. Black recovery hooks come standard on the ZR2, while chrome recovery hooks are available as an option. Additional optional equipment includes diesel exhaust brakes and a Cat-Back performance exhaust system.

Comfortable and Luxurious

The 2019 ZR2 has a well-appointed cabin with a heated steering wheel and heated driver and front passenger seats. Jet black, leather-appointed seat trims are available for those looking for a little extra luxury. A 4.2-inch color driver information center is standard equipment. Remote start allows you to start the vehicle from a distance and remote keyless entry means you don’t even have to pull out your key.

Plenty of Technology

Stay connected while on the road or in the wilderness with the 4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot and keep your devices charged with the wireless charging station. A Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus System with an 8-inch HD color touch screen comes as standard in the ZR2, while one that includes navigation is also available. List to the HD radio as it pumps out of the six-speaker audio system or upgrade to the Bose premium audio system.

Safety First
